I had an outstanding experience with this service center! From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, keeping me informed throughout the process and ensuring the work was completed to the highest standard. It's rare to find a team that truly cares about customer satisfaction the way they do. Their attention to detail, honesty, and exceptional service exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this service center to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and top-notch service. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience so easy and positive!

Booked an oil change after receiving a coupon in the mail. I figured I would give them a shot after seeing several positive reviews, and the offer was great. The service was quick and easy. I was in an out in 45 minutes. The comments about upselling are true. It's not a big deal to me, but be prepared to deal with it at checkout. Also, if you own a sports car or modified vehicle, beware. I heard an employee revving my vehicle's engine in the back at least a few times, which speaks volumes to how the value and treat customers' cars.

I had a great experience at Carmedix! I was originally quoted for a couple of repairs, but after taking another look and thinking through the issue with my car, the team suggested I first go to AAA to have my battery replaced under warranty. It would have been easy for Carmedix to move forward with the originally suggested repairs, but instead they helped me do what made the most sense for my car (and save money!). In the auto industry, that level of honesty and integrity is rare. A huge thank you to both Jaylen and Barry for all of their help. I appreciate the time and effort they put into making sure I had a positive experience..

They are good at finding out what is wrong and fixing. It is a bit pricey but so is everything these days. Only problem was that when I got my car back there was something brown splattered on my headliner, and they broke my sun visor.

I went in for a complimentary oil change because the the last time I had an oil change they left the brake fluid cap off. I had an appointment yet it took over an hour and a half for a simple oil change. Then the guy comes out and shows me on the computer over $6,000 worth of different things that need to be done on my car. I did not go in for an inspection I went in for a simple oil change. Prior to coming in for the oil change I had taken a picture of the cover over the engine. The last time I was there they cracked it. After leaving I was looking under my hood before I left the parking lot and noticed they didn't even put the cover back on securely. When I told the gentleman it was not pushed down securely he told me it came in that way. Obviously it didn't I had a picture of it to prove it. I gently snapped it back into place showing the gentleman how this is done. I have been going to Carmedix for over 3 years. I am now seeing an incompetent, irresponsible and incomplete work being done there. Not only am I not satisfied with their service I am extremely dissatisfied the way the gentleman who came out to my car for me to show him how the engine cover was not pushed down. Not o
